We have implemented a legal Agreement that stipulates the exact terms of our business relationship. This will ensure we have a clear understanding of our mutual expectations and directives.

Yes –3 months beginning on the execution of agreement with Owner and automatically renewing for additional 3-month term subject to termination and non-renewal as provided in the Agreement without penalty.

For the STANDARD Membership you earn 65% of the net vehicle earnings. For example, if your car earns $2,000 for the month (purple bar on the Turo earnings screen), you will receive a payment of $1,300 (less your monthly membership fee). If we incurred unreimbursed re-fueling costs (i.e. the guests purchased the prepaid re-fuel extra and we had to re-fuel) these costs will be deducted from your earnings (w/receipts). For the UPSCALE Membership, you earn 70% of the net vehicle earnings. For the same example, you would receive a payment of $1,400 (less your monthly membership fee). 

Each month by the 13th of the month, you will receive a detailed report of your vehicle’s earnings. This will include a screenshot of the Turo earnings screen filtered for your car. We will also attach pdf of each trip receipt page so you can clearly see the reservation ID, guest name, dates, miles driven, trip price, delivery fees, excess mileage fees, smoking fees, etc.
One of our requirements is that your car be equipped with a real-time tracker. This ensures that we can monitor your car’s position and mileage at all times.
We will handle damages the exact same way as if it were our car. We always take no less than 30 pre-trip photos. This enables us to submit an immediate claim and attempt to recover from the guest. If after 20 days we are unable to recoup from the guest or if the guest is unresponsive, we will escalate to Turo. We will inform you immediately of any damage to your car. You select the Protection plan as part of our Agreement and will be responsible for the deductible.
The vehicle owner is responsible for all repairs and maintenance costs. We will handle all the legwork, take your car to your desired service center and obtain estimates for your approval, prior to initiating the work. We will pay for the work when complete and deduct the expenses from your monthly earning (w/receipts).
No. Because of our excellent reputation, strong metrics, and limited space, we are very selective at this time. We are looking for like minded investors who are serious about earning passive income using high quality, high performing vehicles for the South Florida, Miami/Ft/Lauderdale market. We prefer cars with a market value above $40,000 within 3 model years that are in outstanding condition. All cars must have a functional real-time tracker, valid registration (any state is fine), and valid comprehensive insurance that covers your car and our team while not on a Turo trip. Cars must have a clean Title and must never have been permanently removed from the Turo platform for any reason.
Cash-App is our preferred payout method. We can also send you an e-check or ACH Direct Deposit. We will email your report in pdf format on the 13th of the month. Once you approve it, we will send your funds.
Depending on the package selected Standard Package & Elite Package there is a small fee for parking, tracking and car wash subscription. Upscale Package its all included. You only pay for repairs/maintenance that you approve and unreimbursed re-fueling.
In the event you receive a toll violation in the mail, please email us the violation notice. We will black out your information, upload it and collect from the guest. We will then Cash-App you the funds so you can pay the violation online.
